Palace Roll with Walnut (literally Palace Wrap with Walnut, Saray Sarma): It is prepared by peppering walnuts over three-layer phyllo. It is rounded to gain shape and then cut. Inside it are plenty of walnuts and its top is decorated with powdered pistachio kernel.
Ingredients: Granulated sugar, potable water, wheat flour, plain butter, walnut kernel, wheat starch, egg and common salt.
