Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping to the UK and apply weight-based delivery charges for international buyers. Our store calculates shipping costs according to the weight of the order total.

Please keep in mind that we only charge our customers the acceptable amount that we actually pay for the shipping, nothing less or more.

Warehouse

We have two warehouses, one in London and the other in Istanbul, Turkey.

In both conditions, we guarantee the delivery times below.  

Delivery Times

Doza ships items with Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, or FedEx.

You will be notified with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note, every item that is listed for sale is ready-to-ship from our live stock.

• United Kingdom:  2 - 3 days.
• Ireland: 3 - 4 days.
• European Countries: 3 - 4 days.
  
• USA & Canada:  5 - 7 days.
• Rest of the World:  10 - 15 days.

Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty.
